How it works

• The check runs at the edge of the network that serves this website. It reads only the country, and for Ukraine the region, of the connection as the network reports it, and shows a short notice instead of the page.
• Nothing is logged or stored by the check, and it runs on the host's network edge, not on any server of the project.
• Using a VPN or proxy to get around it is not allowed by the terms.

The contracts are permissionless

The restriction applies to this website only. The Wintergate contracts on Ethereum have no owner and no way to block anyone, so nobody can freeze or trap a vault. Using them is still subject to the law where you are.
